Alps Goodness hopes that You never have to cancel or return a product. At the same time, we would be there to help You whenever You do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of Your hassles.
1. Order Has Not Been Shipped Yet
Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled partially or fully. The amount paid by You (if it is a prepaid order) would be refunded to You and should reflect in Your account in 7–10 days.
2. Order Was Damaged When Received
We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches You the way You had seen it on our Website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel Your order under such circumstance. We would request You to let us know of the damage the day You receive it.
3. Incorrect Items Received
We are proud of the robustness of our fulfilment process and the right shipment would reach the right person at the right place. In case You receive items that are different from the ones You ordered, we will have the incorrect items picked up from Your location. We will also be shipping the right items to You at our earliest.
4. Policy on Cancellation / Refund on Misuse by Buyer / Customer
In the event the return / refund / exchange / replacement etc. policy of Alps Goodness is being and/or found to be misused by buyers / customers — either by repeatedly / excessively returning, or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, or asking for repeated refunds / replacements / exchanges, or misuse of Alps Goodness coupons — Alps Goodness reserves the right to cancel or withhold these orders and/or warn, suspend, block, terminate and/or blacklist such buyer / customer accounts / address, as deemed necessary as the correct course of action. Further, in such cases, the refund, if any applicable, shall be conditional, subject to verification / scrutiny and shall be with recourse available to Alps Goodness.
Any other reasons for cancellation or return would be handled on a case to case basis. Also refer to our Terms of Service for the complete cancellation policy.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement
The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
• Damages due to misuse or overuse of product.
• Product is used or altered by the user.
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
• Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
• Any damage or defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
• Customized products.
• Personal care products which cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.
• If the user fails to raise a return / replacement request within the stipulated return window.
Please note: For certain marketing campaigns or sale periods, special return / refund rules may apply. Information regarding this will be visible on the promotion banner.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed as follows:
• If the payment was made using a credit card, debit card or net banking, the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment was made.
• Cash on Delivery order refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit as applicable.
Please be informed that after initiation of the refund, it may take additional time for Your refund to reflect in Your account, subject to Your financial institution or payment solution provider’s terms and conditions.
Order Cancellation by Alps Goodness
Alps Goodness reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, in situations where the Company is not able to meet the requirements of the order placed, or the order does not comply with our Website policy or for any other reason. However, Alps Goodness will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order is made within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
